"From the Tavern Spring: Hafez's Teachings for the Human of Our Time" is the title of a four-session course taught by Mostafa Malekian, organized by the Khaneh Ashena Institute in collaboration with the Farzaneh Institute. The focus of the course, as its title suggests, is a rereading of Hafez, concentrating on teachings that can relate to the life and problems of people today.
This course is suitable for enthusiasts of Hafez, Persian literature, the philosophy of life, and intellectual and cultural discussions; especially those who wish to think beyond a purely literary reading of Hafez's poems, about the capacity of his thought and worldview for confronting contemporary life.
The course is held over four sessions on Fridays at 10:30 AM, starting on Friday, September 4th.
