What Sedanet collects, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.

Last updated: 15 August 2026

This policy covers 3danet.net. Sedanet (صدانت) is the operator and can be reached at [email protected]. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for behavioural advertising.

What we collect

  • What you give us. Your name and email address, a phone number if you verify one, and anything else you choose to add to your profile.
  • What you buy. A record of your orders and enrollments. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, so we never receive or store your card details.
  • What you do here. Your progress through a course, and the comments, reviews and other contributions you post.
  • Technical information that your browser and connection send with every request. We use it to keep the site secure and working, and to show you the right version of a page.

How we use it

To sign you in, to sell and deliver courses, to issue certificates, to answer you when you write to us, to keep the site secure and working, and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to sign you in and keep you signed in. We also use analytics to understand which pages are read, and that may set cookies too; the site works normally if you block them. Display preferences such as dark mode are stored in your own browser.

Who else is involved

We use service providers to run the site, take payments, send messages and measure traffic. Each receives only what its job requires, and your information may be processed in the countries where those providers operate.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to provide the service and to keep proper business records, and then no longer.

Your choices

You can see and edit most of your information in your profile. Write to [email protected] to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have your account and its content deleted. Records of completed payments are kept as business records.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no service can promise perfect security.

Children

Sedanet is not directed at children and accounts are for people aged 13 and over. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to [email protected] and we will remove it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top changes when we do. Questions: [email protected]. See also our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
