Why
A course is not shipped and cannot be returned. The moment your payment is confirmed the whole course opens, permanently and without a viewing limit. Because you can also inspect a course for free before buying, purchases are final.
Before you buy
- Watch the free first session and read the published syllabus.
- Note that courses are taught in Persian, with Persian notes and subtitles. There is no English or Arabic audio or subtitles.
- Check the price and currency shown before you continue to payment.
- Buy from the account you want to learn from: an enrollment cannot be moved to another one.
When we do return your money
- You were charged twice for the same course.
- Your payment went through but the course never opened, and we cannot fix it.
- We permanently withdrew a course you had bought and had not had a fair chance to finish.
- A payment was made from your card without your authorization.
Approved refunds go back to the account that paid, in the currency that was charged, and end the enrollment and any certificate issued for it. How long that takes is up to your bank.
Gifts, donations and renewals
Gift purchases are final, and a gift code that has been redeemed cannot be refunded or transferred; if you sent one to the wrong address and it has not been redeemed, write to us quickly and we will try to help. Donations are gifts and are not refundable. Sedanet has no subscriptions: every purchase is a single payment, so nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
If something is wrong with an order
Please email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the order number and date, before raising a dispute with your bank. A chargeback takes weeks and ends your access; an email usually settles the same problem in a day. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a purchase of digital content, you agree when you enroll that we begin supplying it immediately and that the right ends once access opens; nothing here limits a right that cannot be waived. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
