The specialized "Gozargah" series of sessions launches with a focus on urban, social, and environmental issues. The first session in this series, titled "The Narrative of Zayandeh Rud: From Despair to Hope," examines the possibility of a permanent flow for Zayandeh Rud and practical ways to revive this river.
In this session, Mohammad Darvish, a prominent environmental and natural resources researcher and activist, will analyze the state of Zayandeh Rud, the roots of the crisis, and the paths forward to reach sustainable solutions.
This event is an opportunity for professors, researchers, students, and all those interested in the future of Isfahan to participate in a scientific and dialogue-oriented atmosphere concerning one of Iran's most important environmental issues.
The "Gozargah | The Narrative of Zayandeh Rud: From Despair to Hope" session is held in collaboration with Hicycle and the Scientific Association of Environment at the University of Isfahan.
