Meyar is a programme by the Iranian Association of Constitutional Law focusing on fundamental human rights and freedoms in constitutional law. The first season was produced by Hossein Bayat; the second, due to his imprisonment, was hosted by Mehdi Yazdanparast, centring on the neutral state and the recent protests.

The Meyar Programme was produced in 1400 [2021] by Dr. Hossein Bayat, a first-class attorney-at-law and board member of the Iranian Association of Constitutional Law, with a focus on fundamental human rights and freedoms within the framework of constitutional law, under the auspices of the Iranian Association of Constitutional Law. The first season of this programme was broadcast in the same year through the association's website, its Instagram page, and the Telegram channel of the Virtual School of Public Law.
Due to the absence of Dr. Hossein Bayat (serving a prison sentence), the second season of the Meyar Programme was pursued and executed by Mehdi Yazdanparast, at the suggestion of the esteemed president of the Iranian Association of Constitutional Law, Dr. Ali Akbar Gorji Azandariani, Associate Professor of Public Law at Shahid Beheshti University.
