Hamed Safaeipour is a researcher, instructor, and founder of the Tizfekri Cultural-Artistic Institute, who has been working professionally in the field of thinking skills and critical thinking since the 2000s. He achieved the top rank in the entrance exam for the PhD program in Philosophy of Science and Technology at Tarbiat Modares University, and his book "Tizfekri: The Skill of Understanding and Evaluating Reasoning" is among his well-known works in teaching critical thinking. Focusing on the localization and promotion of thinking skills in Iran, Safaeipour has conducted numerous courses and workshops for academic, organizational, and public audiences.
