Saeed Binay-e Motlagh, born in 1952, is a professor of philosophy and a faculty member at the Faculty of Literature and Humanities, University of Isfahan. He pursued his higher education in philosophy and political science at the University of Tehran and the Marc Bloch University of Humanities in Strasbourg, France.
