Life and Thought
Ayn al-Quzat Hamadani was a prominent mystic, philosopher, theologian, and judge of the 6th century AH. A student of Ahmad Ghazali, he was hanged at the young age of 33 on charges of heresy and apostasy due to his bold ideas and intuitive mysticism.
