Charlotta Weigelt

Life and Thought

Charlotta Weigelt is a Swedish philosopher and Professor of Philosophy at Södertörn University, specializing in ancient Greek philosophy and phenomenology. Her research focuses particularly on Plato, Aristotle, Socrates, and the relationship of ancient philosophy to phenomenology and Heidegger’s thought. The Swedish translation of Aristotle’s works also constitutes an important part of her scholarly activity.
