Siavash Jamadi (born February 1952 in Tehran) is a writer, translator, and researcher in philosophy and literature. He is known for translating major works such as Martin Heidegger's *Being and Time* from German and authoring *The Context and Time of Phenomenology* (winner of the Book of the Year Award). Jamadi is one of the serious and influential figures in introducing continental philosophy, especially phenomenology and Heidegger's thought, into Persian.
