About this video
In this Sedanet conversation, Fardin Alikhah, hosted by Sara Nikandish, discusses the concept of "the suffering called being ordinary." Everyday, ordinary life, despite its calm and repetitive appearance, can be filled with silent sufferings, a sense of meaninglessness, and social pressures that are rarely noticed.
In this conversation, Alikhah elucidates the sociological and human dimensions of this suffering, showing how modern structures, social expectations, and the monotony of daily life can turn into an experience of suffering. The discussion of the meaning of ordinary life, the individual's relationship with society, and the possibility of openness to more authentic experiences are among the main themes of this conversation.
For those interested in sociology, social psychology, and reflection on everyday life, this conversation offers an opportunity to look at the concept of being ordinary with fresh eyes and to better understand its hidden sufferings.
