Law in Iran, by Mohammad-Ali Foroughi

A speech by Mohammad-Ali Foroughi (Zoka-ol-Molk), man of letters, writer, and government official in the era of the first Pahlavi, addressed to the students of the Faculty of Law thirty-eight lunar years after the founding of that faculty in the solar year 1315 (1936), the text of which was later published in the journal “Yaghma” in the solar year 1339 (1960).
