Life and Thought
Nayyer Tahoori, born 1959, is an architect, art researcher, and faculty member at the Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch, Tehran. He has conducted research in the fields of the wisdom of Islamic art, art criticism, architecture, and the relationship of art with meaning and the sacred. His doctoral dissertation, titled "The Proclamation of the End of Art in the Modern Era," was selected as a winner in the first edition of the Farabi International Festival.
