In this session, Mohammad Darvishzadeh and Mohsen Borhani examine various dimensions of this bill from legal, social, and scientific perspectives. Dr. Darvishzadeh, referring to the review of this bill from the perspective of jurisprudence, the constitution, and the general policies of the system, speaks of legal conflicts and legislative accumulation.
