Mostafa Malekian's Speech in Memory of Qeysar Aminpour

Mostafa Malekian, who was the last speaker at the commemoration ceremony for the anniversary of Qeysar Aminpour's passing, remarked on Aminpour's personal and poetic qualities, stating: I never thought I would one day speak about Qeysar and he would not be among us. In my view, speaking about Qeysar's poetry is a very difficult task, because his poetry can be examined and evaluated from hundreds of angles.

He continued: Without the slightest exaggeration, Qeysar's greatest poem is his life, for there are few poets whose poetry cannot be separated from their lives. Qeysar lived through his poems; poems that, in addition to poetic artistry, spoke of the pains and sufferings of the people.

This researcher, in explaining Qeysar Aminpour's way of life, said: Perhaps one cannot write poetry like Qeysar or look at the world as he did, and perhaps many of Qeysar's qualities are inimitable, but living purely is a trait found in the essence of all of us, and we can cultivate this characteristic in ourselves by following Aminpour's example.
