Sasan Habibvand outlines the theory of 'Rationalist Self-Knowledge' in his talk 'What Is Self-Knowledge?', delivered at the Sydney Society for Culture and Literature, exploring the integration of modern scientific findings with a mystical perspective.

Sasan Habibvand is a writer, researcher, and instructor in the humanities. Habibvand has been engaged in research in the fields of mysticism, psychology, and philosophy, and his particular area of interest is self-knowledge. In his research, he strives to illuminate the connection between culture and the human developmental environment with self-confidence and happiness, and to untangle the intellectual, emotional, and behavioral problems of human beings. The theory of "Rational Self-Knowledge," first elaborated in the two books "The Tightrope Walker" and "From Suffering to Liberation" by this author, is the result of this endeavor. A characteristic of this researcher's work is the integration of the findings of modern science with the depth of the mystical perspective. The following lecture, titled "What Is Self-Knowledge?", was delivered in August 2016 at the Society for Culture and Literature in Sydney. In this talk, he concisely introduces his new theory in the field of self-knowledge and explains its principles, concepts, and outcomes.
