Reza Zia is an Iranian researcher of Persian literature and holds a PhD in Persian literature from the University of Isfahan. His main areas of interest and expertise are Hafez studies, the critical edition of classical texts, and exploring the connections between poetry and music. In addition to literary research, he began studying the tar in 1998 and has published numerous notes and articles in various periodicals and books.
Mohammad Reza Zia, born in 1983, is a researcher of Persian literature with a PhD in Persian literature from the University of Isfahan. The subject of his doctoral dissertation was the critical edition of Kamal Esmail's Divan, and during his master's degree, he conducted research on "Association of Ideas and Its Motives in the Masnavi."
His main fields of work are Hafez studies, the critical edition of classical texts, and topics related to the connection between poetry and music. This combination of literary research and practical musical experience holds a prominent place in his scholarly interests, as he began studying the tar in 1998.
Reza Zia has published around two hundred and fifty notes and articles in various periodicals and books to date, including in magazines such as Honar-e Musiqi, Bukhara, Kargadan, Etemad, Ayeneh-ye Pazhuhesh, and Daricheh, and in books such as the Dr. Eyvazi Memorial Volume, Atash-e Del, Saray-e Sorur, Safineh-ye Sha'ran-e Qadim, and the Hafez Encyclopedia. He has also served as a judge for two editions of the Neyshabur Student Festival.
