The Argument from Design and Modern Cosmology
Dr. Amir Ehsan Karbasizadeh of the University of Isfahan's philosophy of science department examined the 'argument from design and modern cosmology' and 'cosmic fine-tuning,' surveying the views and research of Eastern and Western scientists and various religions across past centuries and the present.
Dr. Amir Ehsan Karbasizadeh from (the Department of Philosophy of Science, University of Isfahan) began his lecture on the topic of “The Argument from Design and Modern Cosmology.” In this segment, Dr. Karbasizadeh addressed one of the hot topics in the field of cosmology and philosophy, known as cosmic fine-tuning. Examining various perspectives, observations, differences and similarities, and research from past and present centuries, among Eastern and Western scientists, different religions, and scientific circles on this subject were among the issues he touched upon in his lecture.
