Mohammad Ardeshir Behrestaghi, born 1956, is a full professor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Sharif University of Technology and a researcher in mathematical logic. His main areas of work are basic logic, intuitionistic logic, constructive mathematics, and the philosophy of mathematics. His book *Mathematical Logic* is a well-known educational work in this field in Iran.
