Political Philosophy and SyndicalismFrench
"I call these sets of images, the knowledge of which is so important for historians, myths."
Georges Sorel was a French social theorist and political thinker best known for his controversial book *Reflections on Violence*. In this work, he discussed the role of "myth" in political mobilization, particularly the myth of the general strike, and influenced syndicalist, Marxist, and even some later radical right-wing currents.
