Farhad Shafti is a Qur’anic scholar and researcher in Islamic studies who received his PhD from the University of Edinburgh and also has seminary education up to the early intermediate level. His areas of activity include understanding and interpreting the Qur’an, religious pluralism, spirituality, and contemporary Islamic studies.
